Northwest Austin, a very diverse area considered by many as one of the centers of Austin being 15-25 minutes from just about anywhere north of the river, whether that be downtown, Lake Travis, the Westlake Hills, Round Rock, Cedar Park, Leander, Pflugerville or many of the recognized shopping and entertainment areas such as the Arboretum, The Domain or Lakeline Mall. Two school districts cover the majority of this area: Austin ISD and the much requested Round Rock ISD. This is a very popular area for people working in high-tech where breathtaking hill country views and convenience truly come together.
